As part of our ISO 9001 certification, we conduct an annual customer satisfaction survey.
The survey focuses on key parameters such as quality, innovation, and competencies.
We are incredibly grateful for the many responses we have received and especially proud of the results.
Once again, we have scored high on all parameters, and we have even improved our average score.
In fact, this is the best result in the seven years we have been conducting the survey.
This year, we even received 50% more responses than the previous year.
